NextLevel Recruit ("we," "our," or "us") provides a football recruiting platform that connects high school athletes with verified college football coaches. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Children Under 13
NextLevel Recruit is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. Our platform is intended for high school athletes (typically ages 13 and older), parents/guardians, and verified college coaches.
We do not knowingly permit users under 13 to register an account or submit any personal information. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Athletes under the age of 18 require parent or guardian approval before their profile becomes visible to college coaches, as part of our commitment to minor athlete safety.
3. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, password, and role (athlete, coach, or parent).
- Athlete profile information: position, measurables, statistics, academic details, film links, and photos you choose to upload.
- Coach profile information: school, coaching title, work contact details, and verification documentation.
- Messages sent through the platform between athletes and coaches.
- Usage data such as profile views and pages visited, used to provide analytics to athletes.
- Payment information for subscription plans, processed and stored by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
4. How We Use Information
- Create and maintain athlete and coach profiles.
- Facilitate connections and messaging between verified coaches and athletes.
- Verify coach identities to protect athletes from impersonation.
- Process subscription payments and manage billing.
- Provide profile analytics to athletes (e.g., view counts).
- Maintain platform safety, respond to reports, and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. Sharing of Information
Athlete academic information (GPA, test scores) is only visible to verified college coaches and the athlete themselves. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment processing) and as required by law.
6. Your Choices
Athletes control the visibility of their profile (public, private, or verified-coaches-only) and can update or delete their information at any time from their dashboard. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
