Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NextLevel Recruit (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Age Requirements

The Platform is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Platform, and your athlete profile requires parent/guardian approval before it becomes visible to college coaches. By using the Platform as a minor, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts and Roles

The Platform supports athlete, coach, and admin accounts. Coach accounts are subject to manual verification before gaining access to athlete search and messaging tools. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not impersonate a coach, athlete, or any other person.
  • Do not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or send inappropriate messages to any user, including minors.
  • Do not post false statistics, credentials, or accomplishments.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, copy, or misuse the Platform's data or contact information.
  • Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior using our reporting tools.

5. No Guarantee of Recruitment Outcomes

NextLevel Recruit is a recruiting profile and connection platform only. We do not guarantee scholarships, roster positions, offers, tryouts, or any recruitment outcome of any kind.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription ("Football Pro"). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts found to belong to users under 13, or accounts engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
